Emotional Freedom Technique
Emotional freedom technique (EFT) is a technique that has helped thousands of people deal with pain, disease and emotional issues.
The method is a powerful combination of Ancient Chinese Acupressure and Modern Psychology. Like the ancient Chinese acupuncture, EFT works on the meridian points of the body, but while the Chinese acupuncture uses needles, EFT uses tapping.
It involves tapping the meridian points of the body in a sequence, while tuned into an emotional or physical issue to dissolve disruptions. EFT is based on the understanding that every negative feeling and every physical pain is caused by an emotional block and disturbed energy system.
